About the role:
We are looking for a happy, enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join our Quality Assurance team. The role involves proofreading medical reports, liaising with medical specialists, and providing high-level administrative support. You’ll be part of a professional and friendly team where your contribution will directly support positive client outcomes. Work from home available.
About you:
We’re seeking someone who is highly organised and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll be a self-motivated professional who takes initiative and ownership of your work, demonstrating reliability and drive in everything you do. We need someone who can work independently with minimal supervision while also collaborating effectively as part of our close-knit team. The ability to consistently meet tight deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality standards is essential. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in computer-based systems. Experience in Personal Injury Schemes, including interstate experience, and/ or familiarity with AMA Guides to the Evaluation of Permanent Impairment 4th or 5th edition (or similar) is highly desirable.

This is a full-time position. Flexible working arrangements, including work from home and alternate hours (including weekends), may be considered for the right candidate.
