ABOUT THE ROLE

You’ll be the key person behind the scenes keeping orders on track, clients updated, and day-to-day operations running efficiently. DUTIES

• Own the purchasing process from international suppliers
• Coordinate freight, shipping and delivery timelines
• Maintain accurate inventory records using CIN7
• Raise invoices and manage data through Xero
• Keep clients informed and manage expectations around delivery timelines
• Support sales reps with updates and logistics details
• Liaise daily with suppliers
• Jump in on ad hoc admin and problem-solving when needed

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Experience in logistics, operations, or inventory coordination is key
• Familiarity with CIN7 Inventory Management System and Xero (or similar platforms)
• Proficient Excel skills and confident with Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Someone who’s an organised and proactive professional who is comfortable taking ownership and driving outcomes independently

Hourly Rate: $40 - 43 PH plus super
Work Hours: 20 hours per week (5 hours per day across 4 days)
Location: Surry Hills, Sydney | 100% office-based
Duration: Temporary 9 month position to cover parental leave
