About the Role
Transition Life Care is seeking compassionate and dedicated Disability Support Workers to join our team in Tweed Heads. This casual role offers flexibility and the opportunity to make a genuine difference in the lives of people with disability.

Key Responsibilities

Provide personalised, high-quality support to clients in their homes and the community

Assist with daily living tasks, personal care, and community participation

Support clients to build independence, choice, and control through a person-centred approach

Facilitate meaningful activities that promote social connection and wellbeing

Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and incident reports to ensure quality service delivery

About You

Previous experience in the disability sector or a strong understanding of the NDIS

Confident working independently, including with clients who present with complex behaviours

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust

Reliable, empathetic, and committed to promoting client independence

Current First Aid Certificate and valid driver’s licence (essential)
