About the role

Transwa is seeking experienced and customer-focused individuals to join our Albany office as Customer Service Officers. In this vital frontline role, you’ll assist a diverse range of customers with their travel needs—whether in person, over the phone, or via email. Key responsibilities include issuing tickets, taking payments, and providing accurate information about Transwa’s services and policies.

We’re looking for candidates with strong communication and problem-solving skills who can handle a variety of enquiries in a fast-paced environment. The ability to resolve complex customer concerns professionally, work effectively in a small team, and stay organised under pressure is essential. As Transwa operates 364 days a year, availability to work weekends and public holidays on a rotating roster is required. You will carry out regular relief duties in Senior Customer Service roles at the Albany regional office and you may also be required to occasionally undertake work at other regional and metropolitan locations.
