Qualifications & experience
Bachelor's Degree or higher education degree
Mandarin speaking is compulsory
Major in accounting or finance is preferred but not required
Tasks & responsibilities
Communicates by e-mail, telephone, and written correspondence with underwriters, lenders, and clients
Researches and answers questions from underwriters, lenders, and clients
Prepares draft proposals, submissions and quotes
Edits or revises documents as requested
Coordinates work with Client Service Specialists
Data entry on salesforce and other data management platforms
Managing and execute loan submissions.
Track the loan progress from submission to formal approval.
Ensure all processes meet the regulatory compliance standards.
