JOHNEX explosives offer a full range of commercial explosives and accessories for the Australian mining industry.

Our KALGOORLIE based operation is currently seeking motivated Production Operators to support our growing team. This is a residential role (not FIFO) with fantastic work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

Operate plant machinery and equipment within process batching buildings

Monitor production quality, stock movements, and distribution

Complete documentation and follow safety protocols

Participate in training programs and assist with maintenance schedules

Roster & Hours

Monday to Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM

4 days on, 3 days off – enjoy long weekends every week!

Requirements

Must be 18 years or older

Current police clearance (issued within the last 3 months)

Ability to pass a medical assessment and drug & alcohol screening

Own reliable transport to and from site

Security clearance (must be eligible to obtain)

Desirable Qualifications

High-risk forklift licence

First aid certification

HR driver’s licence

Experience in explosives manufacturing is a strong advantage
