Pearl Recruitment are actively seeking a experienced Laser Operators / Machine Operators for our well-established client who specialises in providing custom trailer solutions to the mining, construction and agricultural industries. Based in Forrestfield, this is an opportunity for ongoing work with an immediate start!

CNC Laser Operator

4:4 Roster – Continuous rotating Days/Nights
12-hour shifts
$42.88 hr + super
Ongoing temp to perm opportunity

What will the role see you responsible for?

• Operate CNC laser cutting machinery with precision and efficiency to meet production targets
• Interpret technical drawings and work orders to produce accurate components
• Monitor machine performance and conduct routine maintenance to ensure optimal function and prevent downtime
• Perform quality checks on finished products, identifying and correcting any defects
• Handle raw materials safely and efficiently, following standard operating procedures
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure workflow and timelines are met

What do you require to be successful for this position?

• Previous experience operating a CNC laser machine
• Solid understanding of metal fabrication and machine maintenance
• Current WA Driver’s License + reliable transport
• Forklift licence
• Ability to pass a medical & drug and alcohol assessment
• Full working rights in Australia
• First aid certificate (advantageous)
