Are you an experienced Claims professional looking to pivot into one of the fastest-growing sectors in the Australian insurance market?

We're partnering with a highly regarded insurer to find a Trade Credit Claims Officer to join their collaborative and high-performing Sydney team. This is a unique opportunity to step into the Trade Credit space, an area that's rapidly expanding in Australia with training and support provided.

What you'll bring:
✅ 2-3 years of end-to-end claims management experience
✅ Exposure to complex and technical claims
✅ Strong stakeholder management skills both internal and external
✅ A curious mindset and eagerness to learn a new line of business

Ideal candidates will come from a Trade Credit background. However, we are also keen to hear from professionals with Liability or Financial Lines experience, especially those confident in managing nuanced, high-touch claims.
