We’re a boutique financial planning firm based in Ballina seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organised Client Services Coordinator to join our close-knit team. This part-time role (3 days per week) is perfect for someone who enjoys client interaction, is tech-savvy with Microsoft Office, and has a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

· Be the first point of contact for high-net-wealth clients

· Manage client bookings and prepare documentation for meetings

· Maintain client records and correspondence with utmost confidentiality

· Assist advisers in delivering a premium, seamless client experience

· Use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) for reporting and communication

What We’re Looking For

· Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal

· Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities

· Professionalism, discretion, and client-first mindset

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry software.

· No prior financial planning experience needed—training provided
