An incredible opportunity has arisen for an Financial/Management Accountant within this large fashion retailer, which dominates the industry and is known for its high-quality, classic styles. The company is renowned for its outstanding workplace culture, encouraging an environment that offers support, growth, flexibility, and career progression. Joining this high-performing team, you will report to the Head of Finance and take on a variety of responsibilities, including:

Preparation of annual financial statements

Monthly management reporting

Assisting with the annual audit

Preparation and review of reconciliations, including intercompany loan reconciliation

Reviewing weekly cash flow forecasting

Preparation of BAS and payroll tax

Overseeing and providing support to the Assistant Accountant

Business partnering with key stakeholders

Performing ad-hoc duties

To be the successful candidate for this role, you will be CA/CPA qualified with 3+ years of accounting experience, either as a Management/Financial Accountant in a retail/hospitality business or in a Big 4/2nd tier accounting firm. You will have the ability to work autonomously, possess a can-do attitude, be highly organised with great attention to detail, demonstrate outstanding leadership skills, and have excellent communication abilities.
