Homeless Healthcare is a progressive, dynamic, not for profit organisation providing healthcare to people experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness. The organisation runs mobile GP clinics in various settings across Perth as well as running nurse led assertive street outreach, collaborative in-reach into RPH hospital and a 20-bed Medical Respite Centre.

Homeless Healthcare (HHC) is seeking an enthusiastic and organised HR Administrator to support our team with key HR and administrative functions as we continue to grow.
About the Role
This is a great opportunity for a junior HR professional to gain hands-on experience in a busy and supportive environment or a seasoned professional looking for flexibility. Working approximately 10 hours per week (with flexibility), you will help with day-to-day HR administration and contribute to maintaining a positive and compliant workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with recruitment processes, including drafting ads and interview coordination.
Prepare employment contracts and onboarding documentation.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance checks (e.g. Working with Children, AHPRA, police clearances) are up to date.
Support training record management and assist in tracking leave and other entitlements.
Respond to general HR-related queries from staff and support the broader team with administrative tasks.
Assist in developing and improving HR systems and documentation.
About You
Completed (or nearly completed) a qualification in Human Resource Management or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Professional and discreet, with a strong sense of confidentiality.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Comfortable with Microsoft Office and open to learning HRIS and other digital tools.
A team player with a willingness to learn and grow.
Values aligning with our organisation.
Desirable
Previous experience in an admin or support role (HR placement or volunteer experience viewed favourably).
Interest in the community or healthcare sector.
