We’re now looking for a senior-level engineer to join our Sydney team as a technical go-to for advanced support and future project delivery.
🎯 About the Role
This is a senior technical support role within our Support Services Team, based at our Alexandria office. You’ll work closely with other senior engineers and our Professional Services Team to resolve complex client issues, support escalated requests from the broader technical team, and contribute to project delivery as the Sydney presence grows.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
Provide senior-level support across Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, and networking environments
Assist with escalated support tickets from the Support Services Team
Deliver strong desktop and end-user support, including Line of Business (LOB) application troubleshooting
Contribute to knowledge sharing through structured documentation in a knowledge base system
Maintain consistent and professional communication with clients and vendors
Identify root causes of recurring issues and assist with problem resolution strategies
Support project delivery alongside the Professional Services Team as the Sydney office scales
✅ What You Bring
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior technical support or Level 3 position (MSP preferred)
Strong troubleshooting capability across cloud, server, and network infrastructure
Solid experience with Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, and Windows desktop/server environments
Proven experience supporting LOB applications (desirable)
Familiarity with security tooling such as Microsoft Defender, IAM, SIEM, or EDR platforms (desirable)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to document and maintain technical articles within a knowledge base system
Industry certifications such as MCP, AZ-104, or CCNA are highly regarded
