As we grow, we’re looking for a Yard Hand/Transport Coordinator who embodies our values and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

What you’ll do:

This is a hybrid hands-on and coordination role. You’ll be active in the yard while also assisting with booking coordination and communicating with drivers and internal teams to keep operations moving smoothly.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Operation of a Container Reachstaker (Hyster)

Inspecting containers, trailers, and equipment for compliance and safety

Communicating directly with drivers for job updates, yard movements, and paperwork

Updating job statuses and container details

Coordinating container movements based on transport schedule

Booking timeslots on 1Stop - VBS

Reporting defects or incidents promptly and accurately

Supporting the Day shift team with general yard duties and basic admin

What we’re looking for:

We’re after someone with strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude. You don’t need years of experience—just the right mindset and willingness to grow.

Ideally, you’ll have:

1–2 years of experience in a transport, logistics, or customer service role (preferred but not essential)

A valid driver's licence and access to a car (required)

A Valid RS Licence (required)

A professional and approachable communication style – both written and verbal

Strong multitasking and organisational skills in a fast-moving environment

A team mindset with the ability to work independently
