THE ROLE
As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for managing our Bluebeam customer base to ensure a positive, value-driven experience. Your focus will be on onboarding, customer education, license renewal, proactive support, and identifying opportunities for growth.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Welcoming and onboarding new clients with tailored resources
Conducting customer nurture and renewal calls, and managing proposals
Identifying and addressing at-risk customers to ensure high renewal rates
Troubleshooting customer issues via email, chat, and phone
Managing licensing compliance and supporting renewals and agreements
Educating clients on available tools and resources
Identifying upsell and expansion opportunities and supporting sales teams
Maintaining accurate records and creating insights-driven reports
Completing Bluebeam and other vendor certifications
Participating in training and adapting to changing business priorities
Supporting post-sales administrative requests and tasks
ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a proactive, customer-focused team player with a passion for delivering exceptional service and growing long-term relationships.
Our ideal candidate will possess the following:
Proven experience in customer service or success, ideally in software or technology
Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and analytical skills
High attention to detail and strong organisational capabilities
A self-driven, accountable, and adaptable mindset
Confident communicator, both written and verbal, with a professional tone
Comfortable working independently while contributing to a collaborative team
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
