About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee multiple projects across Northern and North-West Tasmania. You'll take ownership of project timelines, budgets, contractor coordination, and WHS compliance — ensuring smooth delivery and quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage project schedules

Engage subcontractors and place supplier orders

Track project costs and manage to budget

Set up and maintain compliant worksites

Oversee delivery logistics and materials on-site

Ensure contractor compliance with WHS

Maintain site quality and cleanliness

Provide progress updates to management and client teams

Keep plans and specifications updated and distributed

What You’ll Bring

Demonstrated experience leading residential or commercial construction projects

Strong organisational and coordination skills

Solid understanding of WHS and site compliance

Ability to lead by example and maintain contractor relationships

Self-motivated, reliable, and detail-focused
