What You’ll Do:

As our new Insurance Claims Specialist, you’ll be the go-to person for managing and processing claims with accuracy, efficiency, and care. Your day-to-day will include:

Reviewing and investigating insurance claims in line with company policies and compliance requirements.

Communicating with clients to gather information and provide regular updates.

Liaising with assessors and third parties to determine claim validity and resolve issues quickly.

Processing claims and maintaining accurate, organized records.

Providing outstanding customer service that turns a stressful moment into a positive experience.

What You’ll Bring:

3+ years of hands-on experience in insurance claims handling.

Strong working knowledge of insurance policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Sharp attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.

Ability to manage your own workload while collaborating effectively with others.

Confidence using digital tools and platforms (including Excel and claims management software).
