As our business grows, we are seeking a dedicated Customer Care Officer to join our team and provide outstanding support to our customers.
Position Summary: As part of your role you will be the first point of contact for customers, guiding them through product selection, answering product-related inquiries, and providing exceptional after-sales support. Your role is crucial in ensuring a seamless customer experience, from the initial inquiry through to post-purchase support, helping our customers make informed decisions and ensuring their satisfaction with our products.
Responsibilities:
Assist customers in selecting products that best meet their needs and preferences, offering knowledgeable advice on our range of bathroom renovation products
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, addressing product questions, availability, and specifications
Provide after-sales support, resolving issues related to product installation, maintenance, and any additional service requests
Handle returns, exchanges, and warranty inquiries with empathy and professionalism
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback to help improve customer satisfaction and refine our product offerings
Collaborate with the sales, logistics, and product teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
Keep up-to-date with our product range, features, and any new product launches to provide accurate information to customers
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a customer service or support role, ideally in a showroom environment
Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Ability to understand and communicate technical product details effectively
Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle challenging situations gracefully
Interest in home design, interior decor, or renovation is an advantage
About the Role
- Full time hours
Job Types: Full-time
Schedule:
8 hour shift
No weekends
Salary is determined based on expereince
Experience:
Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
