Key Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain accurate general ledger entries and account reconciliations

Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes

Support internal budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning initiatives

Prepare detailed financial reports and variance analyses for management

Ensure adherence to internal financial policies, procedures, and compliance standards

Assist with internal and external audit processes, including documentation and reporting

Oversee fixed asset management and depreciation schedules

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and reporting accuracy

Monitor and reconcile bank accounts and intercompany transactions

Support the finance team in tax preparation, regulatory reporting, and other ad-hoc projects

Accounts Receivable Officer

Generate and issue accurate customer invoices in a timely manner

Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding payments

Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for

Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and billing issues

Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions and payment status

Liaise with internal teams and clients to address queries professionally

Prepare regular reports on receivables status and cash flow forecasts

Ensure compliance with company policies and credit terms

Assist with month-end and audit requirements as needed

Accounts Payable Officer

Process supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner

Manage weekly and monthly payment runs and remittance advice

Reconcile supplier statements and resolve invoice discrepancies

Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions

Ensure all payments comply with company policies and approvals

Communicate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders

Support month-end close by preparing AP reports and reconciliations

Assist with expense claims and staff reimbursement processing

Respond to queries regarding payments, invoices, and procedures
