About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Financial Accountant to join our finance team in Dubbo. This on-site role will see you working closely with the Financial Controller to support daily, monthly, and annual financial operations across our business.

Key Responsibilities

Account for internal transactions to support divisional reporting

Reconcile balance sheet accounts

Assist in the annual financial audit process

Prepare and lodge statutory returns including BAS and payroll tax

Support company tax reconciliations and ATO information requests

Contribute to ERP system development and integration

Assist with month-end reporting

Drive projects that improve accounting processes and data integrity

Skills & Experience
We’re looking for someone with:

CPA or CA qualification (or working towards)

Minimum 5 years’ experience in accounting roles

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and exposure to integrated accounting software

High attention to detail and strong time management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

A proactive attitude and strong work ethic

Capability and willingness to mentor and support team members
