About the Role

As a Project Engineer working on NBN delivery and maintenance projects, you will play a key role in managing the lifecycle of customer connections and fault resolution. You'll lead a dedicated team to deliver projects on time, within scope, and in line with strict quality, safety, and performance standards.

This role is perfect for someone with a strong engineering foundation, leadership qualities, and a sharp eye for data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a regional workstream for customer connections and fault management
  
  
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including contractors, field teams, and NBN representatives
  
  
• Drive weekly performance reviews, reporting on quality, safety, and delivery metrics
  
  
• Develop and maintain key project documentation and training materials
  
  
• Support onboarding of new technicians and team members
  
  
• Analyse cost data, manage procurement, and negotiate with suppliers
  
  
• Conduct trend analysis and resource forecasting for efficient project planning
  
  
• Ensure compliance with internal systems and industry standards
  
  
• Participate in audits, risk assessments, and process improvement initiatives
