What will you be doing?

• Coordinate and control on-site activities across residential construction projects
• Support subcontractor management, scheduling, and procurement
• Assist with QA/QC inspections and ensure works meet Australian Standards
• Liaise with Project Managers, consultants, and suppliers
• Maintain site safety and ensure compliance with processes and procedures
• Proactively solve problems and support the team to meet program deadlines

What do you need?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or equivalent)
• Previous experience as a Site Engineer or Project Engineer in residential building construction
• Valid Driver’s License
• Forklift License (desirable but not essential)
• Ability to work well with others and lead delegated staff
• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good maths skills and computer literacy
• Strong problem-solving ability and initiative
• Able to follow established site processes and work unsupervised when needed
