About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Program Test Manager to join a high-profile insurance organisation on a 12-month contract with a strong view to extend. Based in Sydney, this role offers a hybrid working model and an excellent daily rate. You’ll be responsible for overseeing the testing strategy and execution across a large, multi-stream transformation program.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end test strategy, planning, and execution across multiple projects within the program.
• Manage and mentor a team of test leads and testers (onshore and offshore).
• Collaborate closely with Program Managers, Business SMEs, Delivery Managers, and other stakeholders to ensure quality deliverables.
• Establish and maintain test governance, reporting, and defect management processes.
• Oversee test environments and data management activities.
• Ensure vendor deliverables meet quality expectations and contractual obligations.
• Drive continuous improvement, test automation, and adherence to industry best practices.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as a Program Test Manager in large, complex environments.
• Strong background in the insurance industry is essential.
• Deep understanding of testing methodologies across Agile and Waterfall delivery models.
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary testing teams across functional, integration, system, UAT, and regression testing.
• Proficient in tools such as JIRA, Confluence
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work across business and technology teams with a focus on quality and risk mitigation.
• Have full PR or citizenship and be Sydney based
