The Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead DevOps Engineer to join our successful and dedicated team. In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining and enhancing our Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines. Your expertise will ensure seamless code releases and robust infrastructure, contributing significantly to our software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

Minimum one year of hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform to design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable deployments.

Maintain and enhance efficient Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines for code releases, collaborating closely with software team members during code builds.

Actively collaborate with our talented Software Development team to integrate DevOps best practices.

Ensure pipelines meet operational and security requirements, adhering to industry standards.

Design and implement innovations to enhance software velocity, infrastructure resiliency, security, and data availability.

Collaborate with the Architecture team to guide technology stack changes and improvements.

Maintain and improve existing PowerShell scripts responsible for the build process and AWS resources.

Skills & Qualifications:

Technical Expertise:

Minimum one year of hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.

Hands-on experience with the .NET stack.

Proficiency in various databases, including PostgreSQL, SQL Server, and DynamoDB.

Strong knowledge of AWS services and cloud infrastructure management.

Proficiency in scripting languages, particularly PowerShell, for automation tasks.

Familiarity with Azure DevOps CI/CD tools and practices, ensuring efficient and secure code deployments.

Nice-to-Have: Experience with Microsoft Azure.

Collaboration & Communication:

Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Ability to work closely with software developers, architects, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals.

Problem-Solving & Innovation:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address infrastructure challenges.

A proactive approach to designing and implementing innovative solutions for continuous improvement.

Experience:

Prior experience in a DevOps role, preferably in a SAAS company.

Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.

Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Docker).
