What You'll Do

Welcome and support patients through their imaging journey

Manage bookings with empathy, efficiency and confidence

Ensure procedural integrity - without losing the human touch

Work within a calm, purpose-driven team that values integrity and connection

What You'll Need to Succeed

Demonstrated ability to excel in a fast-paced administration environment (experience in medical/radiology reception is highly regarded, but not essential - we can teach the technical if you bring the right mindset)

Confidence to master appointment scheduling systems, ensure data accuracy, and handle health record confidentiality with care

A calm and professional manner - especially when others feel anxious or uncertain

The ability to stay organised and solution-focused under pressure

Strong written and verbal communication skills

A genuine interest in healthcare, service and, making every patient feel seen

The commitment to bring respect, curiosity, kindness and integrity to every interaction
