The Role

We’re looking for a Customer Relationship Coordinator to manage the daily flow of turf orders, from confirming delivery details with customers to working alongside our drivers and logistics team to ensure every job runs to plan.

You’ll be the key contact for customers once orders are confirmed—making sure everything is scheduled, communicated, and delivered with care. You don’t need turf experience, but you must be organised, reliable, and confident speaking with all types of people—from homeowners to truck drivers.

Key Responsibilities

Confirm delivery details with customers before dispatch.

Coordinate with the logistics team to finalise daily delivery runs.

Use systems like Allotrack to track deliveries and manage scheduling.

Communicate clearly with drivers, farm teams, and retail partners.

Handle customer queries, delays, or issues quickly and professionally.

Follow up on deliveries to ensure satisfaction and build repeat business.

Keep accurate records of orders, pallet returns, and delivery notes.

What We’re Looking For

Excellent communication and phone manner

High attention to detail and solid organisational skills

Confidence working with drivers, customers, and internal teams

Comfortable using software and digital tools (we’ll train you)

Experience in customer service, dispatch, admin, or sales support
