Barber Porter Solicitors, is a longstanding, family-friendly firm, based in Coolum Beach. We a looking to add a conveyancing paralegal to our current experienced team and will consider applications for part-time or full-time employment.

The roll will include:

Day-to-day running of conveyancing files for sale and purchase of residential properties in Queensland.

Dealing with clients over the telephone and in-person.

Correspondence with all parties including the client, the other party's solicitors, real estate agents and banks.

Preparing files for settlement including calculation of settlement figures.

Assisting with other property files including purchases and sales of retirement village and manufactured home interests.

Conveyancing experience is required, specifically using PEXA, as well as experience using legal practice management software and the Microsoft Office suite.
