We’re a busy residential construction company with a strong pipeline of work across Ipswich and surrounding areas. We’re on the lookout for experienced and reliable Residential Carpenters who take pride in their work and want to join a team that values consistency, good culture, and quality craftsmanship.

About the Role

This is a hands-on role working across a variety of residential projects including new builds, extensions, and renovation work. You’ll be supported by a tight-knit team, provided with a fully equipped company vehicle (can be taken home if securely parked), and enjoy Friday lunches on us.

What You’ll Be Doing

Framing, fix-outs, cladding, and fit-offs for residential homes

Installation of doors, windows, skirting, cabinetry, and internal finishes

Interpreting plans and completing work to a high standard

Supporting apprentices and working with other trades on-site

Maintaining a clean, safe and professional worksite

What You’ll Need

MUST BE a Trade qualified carpenter with residential experience

White Card

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Reliable and positive attitude

Ability to read and interpret plans

Must have a secure place to park a company vehicle (if taking home)

What We Offer

Monday to Friday, 6:30am – 2:30pm – no weekend work
