Role Opportunities:

Carpenters: Perform high-quality carpentry work on a variety of residential projects, ensuring precision and attention to detail. Manage project tasks from planning through to execution, while keeping the team and clients informed with clear, effective communication.

Apprentices: Assist with carpentry tasks while learning from experienced tradespeople. Contribute to various aspects of residential projects while gaining valuable hands-on experience and training.

Responsibilities (for both Carpenters & Apprentices):

• Ensure high-quality workmanship on all projects, paying attention to detail and adhering to deadlines.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients, providing updates as necessary.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
• Uphold the company’s high standards of safety and professionalism on-site.
• Contribute to fostering a positive and collaborative team atmosphere.
• For apprentices, actively engage in learning opportunities and training.

Skills & Qualifications:

• For Carpenters: Certificate III in Carpentry with a minimum of 2 years of qualified experience. Own a Ute and have the necessary tools to perform carpentry tasks.
• For Apprentices: A strong eagerness to learn and a commitment to developing carpentry skills. Previous experience is beneficial but not required.
