The Role
We're on the lookout for a qualified Carpenter who is passionate about quality work and being part of a strong, values-driven team. You’ll work across all stages of residential construction, contribute your experience, and help shape the next generation of trades through mentoring.

What We’re Looking For

A strong work ethic and commitment to high standards

Proven experience in residential renovations and extensions

Pride in your workmanship, presentation, and attention to detail

Effective communication with clients, team members, and contractors

A collaborative mindset and willingness to mentor apprentices

Commitment to Work Health and Safety (WHS) standards

Flexibility and adaptability to changing schedules and site needs

What You’ll Need

Certificate III in Carpentry

Construction White Card (current and valid)

Personal set of tools suitable for residential carpentry

A desire to grow both professionally and personally

Nice to Have

Experience supervising or leading a team

Support or interest in our social impact division: Exodus 31 Tradies
