We are a Car Rental Business in Maribyrnong and are looking for someone who can manage the fleet of cars from end to end.

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN THIS FIELD

Position:
Fleet Manager

Main tasks:
Core objectives include:

Data Entry

· Data entry of all financial information in accordance with management requirements

· Utilise computerised business applications including Microsoft Excel and Company CRM

· Input of sales records

· Print and enter invoices from the Day Sheets

General Administration tasks

. Maintaing our fleet of Cars (service and repairs)

· Maintain internal filing, including accounts payable, account receivable documentation, and other miscellaneous filing

· Maintain regular contact with drivers and rostering them accordingly for long term rental.

. Nominating infringments and fines.

. Collecting payments.

. Reporting and sharing day to day activities with senior management for effective running of business.
