About You:
Ability to perform in a fast paced environment.
Strong knowledge of Fleet Administration & Claims Management.
Ability to build strong working relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills.
High level of organisation.
Attention to detail and have a sense of urgency.
Minimum 1 year experience in similar role.
Primary Responsibilities:
Collating motor vehicle incident details to submit to insurers.
Working with motor vehicle insurers to determine the extent of the company’s liability and settle accident claims.
Responding to 3rd parties involved in motor vehicle accidents.
Arranging for company fleet to obtain quotations for repairs.
Coordination and booking accident repairs with 3rd party repairs and internal workshops.
Following up internal and external stakeholders on open / aging claims.
Maintaining incident registers and fleet databases.
Assist with asset commissioning, decommissioning, disposal and transfer processes as required.
Assist in Registration, maintenance and all areas of keeping the Fleet compliant and data updated.
Assist in the reporting and monitoring of all vehicle defects.
Track & report fuel usages across all external suppliers & sites.
Manage & audit tolling requirements across the fleet.
Manage GPS updates, installations & tracking of any repair requirements.
