GLG Greenlife Group are looking for our next Leading Hand - Grounds Maintenance to join our team based in Hornsby NSW. This role is a pivotal position within our contract and will be working closely with our Contract Manager.

We are looking for a confident, personable leader who enjoys leading a team to achieve their best to ensure the delivery of high level of customer service. We need somebody that is a great communicator and has excellent organisational skills coupled with a positive nature to foster a responsive and enthusiastic team culture.

You will be completing tasks such as:

All grounds maintenance requirements as per our contracted services

Staff planning and organising

Liaising with client

Ensuring contract KPIs are maintained

Onsite training and development

The successful applicant will have:

Chem Cert Certificate

First Aid/ CPR Certificate

A current Australian LR or MR drivers licence

Previous experience in managing a team of staff to achieve a positive work environment

Be able to manage staff to follow timelines, deadlines and routines in conjunction with our clients’ needs and schedules

Meet output and standards to continually improve needs and requirements of our sites.
