The role
As the Grounds and Maintenance Support Officer, you’ll help maintain the safety, function, and appearance of HCCDC-managed sites. You’ll liaise with tenants and contractors, conduct inspections, and support the delivery of essential services like landscaping, irrigation, and minor repairs. Your work will help ensure our public spaces are safe, welcoming, and well-maintained.

What you will bring to the role
• Experience in grounds or facilities maintenance, including use of irrigation and security systems
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities

What is an essential requirement
• A current Construction White Card
• Current driver’s licence
• Ability to be on call and attend sites outside normal hours as required
• A Working with Children Check (WWCC)
