About the Role:

We're currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team and oversee the performance of third-party logistics partners and support supply chain efficiency across our Australian operations. This position is primarily based onsite at our third-party warehouse in Smithfield, NSW, where you’ll work closely with warehouse operators and logistics providers to manage day-to-day activities and ensure operational quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the day-to-day performance of third-party warehouse providers, ensuring accuracy in inventory, packing, inbound and outbound operations, delivery timeliness, and overall distribution centre efficiency.

Conduct regular data analysis to identify anomalies or inefficiencies, and develop corrective action plans to improve operational quality.

Monitor logistics carrier performance for store deliveries and promptly resolve any issues or delivery discrepancies.

Act as the primary logistics liaison, coordinating with internal departments and external logistics providers to ensure seamless operations and timely communication.

Implement logistics policies and procedures as directed by the global headquarters and provide timely reporting on key operational KPIs.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.

Bilingual in English and Chinese (Mandarin) – both spoken and written – as communication with overseas stakeholders is required.

Previous experience in warehouse and logistics operations, ideally within a retail or FMCG environment.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; able to perform detailed data analysis and reporting.

Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and drive outcomes.

Confident communicator with strong negotiation and coordination abilities.
