What You'll Be Doing:

Generating leads through cold calling, database management, and appointment setting.

Attending and securing property listings and appraisal appointments.

Running open homes and managing buyer and vendor relationships.

Liaising directly with vendors, providing weekly updates and managing expectations.

Using tools like Rita, iD4Me, Vault, and PropertyMe to manage appraisals and pipelines.

Participating in marketing campaigns and liaising with the team to execute strategies.

What We're Looking For:

Experience: Proven track record in a Real Estate Sales roles or similar position. Experience with Central and Northern Gold Coast areas is a plus.

Skills: Excellent time management, diary skills, and the ability to multi-task. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Work Ethic: Self-motivated, accountable for KPIs, and focused on dollar productivity and call results.

Presentation: Attention to detail and high personal standards in work and presentation.

Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with Office 365, web marketing, and print is an asset, though not a must have.

Attitude: A team player who thrives in a fast paced environment and takes ownership of their role and growth.
