Role Responsibilities:

Manage and nurture a pipeline of potential buyers and listings.

Respond promptly to buyer inquiries and build strong relationships.

Assist in preparing for and attending property appraisals.

Assist Sales Agents with appraisals, listings, open homes, private inspections, to enhance your sales skills.

Engage in warm prospecting through our existing database.

Oversee sales campaigns from initial appraisal to successful settlement.

Learn the art of negotiation and effectively close sales deals.

Participate in property photoshoots and styling appointments.

Skilfully manage pipeline buyers and vendors, providing top-notch service.

Prepare vendor reports and offer valuable buyer feedback.

Qualifications:

Completed real estate certification - essential.

We’ll equip you with comprehensive sales training – minimal experience necessary.

Impeccable personal presentation and professionalism.

Valid Australian driver's license and reliable vehicle - essential.
