Role and Responsibilities:

Source and recruit candidates for various temporary positions within blue collar industries

Screen and interview candidates to assess suitability for roles

Coordinate and manage the recruitment process

Ensure strict adherence to compliance standards and company policies

Build relationships with clients and candidates to understand their needs and requirements

Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the recruitment journey
