The Role:
As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll take ownership of the recruitment process, from sourcing and engaging candidates to building strong client relationships. You’ll be at the heart of helping healthcare professionals find roles where they can make a difference.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare clients, understanding their staffing needs.
- Source, screen, and interview healthcare professionals to assess their skills and suitability.
- Advertise job vacancies on various platforms and proactively search for talent through databases and social media.
- Match candidates to roles and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including reference checks and contract negotiations.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future opportunities.
- Provide exceptional service to candidates and clients, ensuring a positive experience at every stage.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- A proactive attitude and the drive to meet and exceed targets.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- An understanding of or interest in the healthcare sector is highly desirable.
- Experience in recruitment, sales, or a similar customer-focused role is highly desirable.
