The Role:
As a Recruitment Consultant in our blue-collar space, you will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and placing skilled workers into temporary, contract, and permanent roles. This role requires strong relationship-building skills to ensure successful placements and long-term partnerships with clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from client acquisition to candidate placement.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs.
• Source and screen candidates through job boards, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct interviews, background checks, and reference verification.
• Coordinate interviews and manage the offer process.
• Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates.

  What We're Looking For:
• Experience in recruitment, sales, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
• A proactive, self-motivated attitude.
• Knowledge of the blue-collar job market is a plus.
• Previous recruitment experience in construction and trades is highly regarded (but not essential-full training provided).
