360 Recruitment Consultant

Own the full recruitment lifecycle across your chosen vertical.

You'll:

Build and manage a profitable recruitment desk

Drive new business development and client relationships

Conduct market consultations and candidate interviews

Source and place top IT talent

Manage the process from initial brief through to offer and onboarding

Candidate-Focused Manager (Delivery Consultant)

Focus exclusively on sourcing and engaging top-tier tech talent, working closely with experienced Client Managers. You’ll:

Partner with Account Managers to understand role briefs and market needs

Proactively source, screen, and shortlist high-quality candidates

Conduct behavioural interviews and provide detailed candidate insights

Write engaging job ads and develop creative sourcing strategies

Provide ongoing candidate care and support throughout the process

What We're Looking For

Previous recruitment experience (agency side) – either 360 or delivery

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment

Tech or IT recruitment background is highly regarded

Genuine passion for people, problem-solving, and delivering great outcomes
