ABOUT THE ROLE:

Reporting to the Director, Risk and Compliance, this role leads the development and execution of portfolio performance frameworks and collaborates closely with the Investment and Finance teams on asset management and valuation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain and manage operational risk frameworks, controls, policies and procedures for the business;
• Oversee post-investment asset management compliance to support strategic business goals;
• Engage with investors and senior leaders to ensure delivery of growth plans while adhering to robust risk principles;
• Provide value creation insights during and after investment transactions;
• Lead reporting on risk, compliance, and portfolio performance;
• Maintain systems, policies, and controls aligned with best practices; AND
• Uphold company values and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Previous experience in asset management businesses supporting the organisation in executing growth strategies as a risk and compliance partner;
• Skilled in using and developing risk and compliance reporting dashboards and tools to communicate portfolio and risk performance;
• Strong risk monitoring and reporting capabilities;
• Creative and adaptable, with a knack for innovative data solutions;
• Deep understanding of investment, finance, and operational risk; AND
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and influencing skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams and external partners.
