your role
As Head of Property Management, you’ll lead and develop a high-performing team of Commercial Property Managers, driving performance, operational excellence, and client satisfaction. You’ll also manage a select portfolio of key clients - long-term relationships that require a high level of care, strategy, and consistency. This is a leadership-first role focused on culture, driving performance, and high-level problem solving.
