WOW Recruitment are seeking a driven and motivated Operations Manager to join a growing business based in Hunters Hill.
Leading a team of 5 technicians, this is an exciting, hands-on role within the pool industry, ideal for a capable all-rounder who thrives on keeping operations running smoothly, liaising with clients, and providing exceptional face to face customer service and guidance.

You Will Be:
π§© Be the heart of our daily operations β your leadership will directly impact their customers, teams and their success
π Strategically allocating jobs based on technician skillsets and location
π Handling customer communications via phone, email, and in person
ποΈ Greeting customers and managing counter sales β including upselling pool products and services and signing up new customers for ongoing maintenance services
π§βπ§ Managing and coordinating daily job schedules for five technicians - leveraging their systems such as Google Calendar and Pool Tracker (full training provided - desirable but not essential)
π» Using Xero for invoicing and basic operational tracking
π§ Supporting backend operations
βοΈ Identifying workflow improvements and contributing to overall business efficiency
π€ Assisting with proposals, liaising with real estate agents and tender opportunities
You Are:
π¬ A warm, confident communicator who enjoys building strong relationships with customers and colleagues
π Experienced in operational coordination, scheduling, or similar roles
π§ Adaptable and able to remain calm under pressure, able to be flexible
π§βπ» Tech-savvy and familiar with platforms like Xero, Google Calendar, and CRM tools
π«Ά A people-oriented leader β supportive, approachable, and solutions-focused
ποΈ Highly organised and able to juggle a busy day to day workload
π‘ Commercially minded and always looking for opportunities to improve service or efficiency
π€ A team player who values a positive, collaborative workplace culture
Hours
Monday to friday (7.30am-5pm)
Saturday (8.30am-2.30pm)
