In the past three decades, the AOJI global team has provided professional services to over one million families and earned a great reputation from students, parents, clients, institutions, and the industry.

AOJI Education Australia has three offices in Sydney, Melbourne, and Adelaide. The company is currently undergoing expansion and growth. Two excellent positions have arisen in our Melbourne office.

1. Education Counselor

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Great passion and professional records in the international education industry

Working closely with the office manager to undertake student recruitment, strategic planning, and direction setting

Providing high-level day-to-day education counselling, and customer service to students and their parents

Identifying and developing existing local and international networks

Assisting with e-marketing and organizing promotional activities

The selection criteria include:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English & Chinese (or other preferred 2nd languages, e.g., Vietnamese, Malay)

Comprehensive knowledge of the Australian education framework and student-related visa issues

Strong Marketing Sense and Keen on the New

Good performance record in the industry

Demonstrated sales achievement and the ability to work in a team

1 year + working experience in a similar role

Understand the needs of international students

High level of problem-solving and negotiation skills

Good MS skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Familiar with social media and proficient in using various platforms such as Xiaohongshu (Redbook), Video-sharing channels, Facebook, and Instagram.

Holding MARA registration or QEAC certification would be highly regarded.

2. Marketing Officer

This role is to support the counselling team in achieving student recruitment targets.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Collaborate with the counselling team to develop and implement marketing strategies that align with recruitment objectives.

Provide content ideas and materials, such as student stories, event highlights, and campaign copy, to the digital marketing team for social media and online promotion.

Plan, coordinate, and deliver promotional activities including webinars, livestreams, expos, and school visits.

Assist with campaign briefs, content collection, and post-event reporting to support continuous improvement.

Monitor campaign performance and student engagement metrics to help guide future planning.

Liaise with designers, event organizers, and other external partners to ensure the smooth execution of marketing initiatives.

Ensure all promotional activities are aligned with brand standards and institutional messaging.

Selection Criteria:

Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Experience supporting or coordinating marketing campaigns and student-facing events.

Strong understanding of digital content trends and social media platforms, such as Xiaohongshu (Redbook), WeChat, Instagram, and Facebook.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills, particularly in cross-functional environments.

Ability to plan, organise, and execute marketing activities that support lead generation and student conversions.

High attention to detail and ability to produce professional-quality marketing materials.

Desirable:

Experience in the education sector or international student recruitment.

Bilingual proficiency (e.g., English and Mandarin).
