Key responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to:

• Serve as the primary liaison between clients, lenders, and referral partners to ensure smooth communication and loan processing.
• Manage the loan process from consultant handover through to post-settlement, including documentation, servicing assessments, and CRM updates.
• Provide guidance on lender policies, pricing, and servicing, supporting both clients and brokers.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve issues and progress applications.
• Support the Senior Consultant with pipeline management and database accuracy.

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Experience in a home loan support role, with strong knowledge of products and policies across major lenders
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and aggregator systems, with the ability to quickly learn new software
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines under pressure
• Solutions-focused with a collaborative approach and commitment to continuous improvement
• Cert IV or Diploma in Financial Services, or FBAA/MFAA accreditation (desired)
