About the Role
As our Client Relationship Officer, you will work 3-4 days per week, with the possibility of up to two evenings (7:30 pm finish), at both our Stirling and Booragoon clinics. This role calls for someone skilled in multitasking and dedicated to delivering accurate, efficient client support.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage appointments and schedules, ensuring accurate and timely responses, whether in person or over the phone.

Record and update client information, maintaining data accuracy and thoroughness in all records.

Process payments, invoices, and insurance claims with precision and respect for timelines.

Create a welcoming atmosphere, offering clients a positive, supportive experience from the moment they arrive.

Handle multiple priorities with ease, providing exceptional service to both clients and team members.
