Our client are looking for a bold, creative & experienced marketing specialist to take the reins of their marketing team. In this role, you'll be at the heart of everything—shaping campaigns, managing content production, and bringing marketing strategies to life across this real estate agency.

Collaborate across departments and you will ensure every piece of marketing hits the mark—on time, on brand, and with impact.

About the Role

• Development and rollout of bold marketing strategies for both the company and the high performing agents
• Building and nurturing relationships with vendors, designers, and marketing partners
• Leading the creation of branded onboarding materials to help new team members
• managing the website including overseeing updates, content refreshes, and continuous improvements
• Crafting and launching targeted email campaigns
• Taking the reins of our social media platforms
• Providing high-level admin and marketing support to all team members

Salary up to $85K (Depending on experience)

About You;

• Proven experience as a Marketing Coordinator within the real estate industry
• Strong proficiency in MS Office and social media platforms
• Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
• The ability to adapt quickly to changing market trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and high level of accuracy
