So, what’s the role?

As a Business and Test Analyst within the Transformation team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of critical transformation projects for Bank First. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement robust business analysis and testing frameworks that align with best practices, driving optimal project outcomes and uplifting our internal capabilities. You will critically analyse current state solutions across people, process and technology dimensions and define requirements and testing approaches to support the development and implementation of key enhancements. This includes engaging with internal and external stakeholders, vendors and suppliers to ensure that changes to technology and business processes are fit for purpose, scalable, compliant and satisfy defined business requirements.

In a typical day, you will get involved in:

• Collaborating with project stakeholders to understand business needs and develop solutions that align with organisational goals.
• Developing business analysis frameworks and processes, translating business requirements into functional specifications.
• Designing and implementing robust testing practices to ensure successful project delivery.
• Managing project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary.
• Supporting the development and continuous improvement of project management tools and processes.
• Coaching and providing guidance to other team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

This role is initially a 12-month Fixed Term opportunity.

About You

You are an experienced Business and Test Analyst with a passion for driving transformation and delivering impactful outcomes. Your ability to navigate cross-functional teams and manage complex requirements and testing frameworks will help ensure the success of critical initiatives at Bank First.

Ideally you will come equipped with the following:

• Demonstrated experience in agile project delivery, ideally in the financial services industry.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing robust testing frameworks using best practice methodologies.
• Strong business analysis skills, including process modelling, analysis methods, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders and foster collaborative relationships.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving, with a strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
