About the role

IHR Australia is looking for an experienced Senior HR Business Consultant/Facilitator to join our team in our Melbourne office. This is a full-time or part-time position, and you will be responsible for providing strategic HR advice and facilitating learning and development initiatives across a range of clients. The right candidate will have the opportunity to develop into a key leader role within iHR Australia.

What you'll be doing

Partnering with clients to understand their HR and people challenges, and designing tailored solutions to address their needs

Delivering high-impact training and facilitation sessions to help clients build the capabilities of their workforce

Conducting detailed organisational assessments and providing recommendations for improvement

Supporting clients with the implementation of HR initiatives, including change management and project management

Building strong relationships with key stakeholders and acting as a trusted advisor

Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR and people management

For the right candidate, the opportunity to conduct mediations and workplace investigations

Assisting with the evolution of iHR Australia as an industry thought leader

Participating in highly ethical consultative business development and marketing activities

Building your leadership capability within a professional firm environment

What we're looking for

Minimum 8 years of experience in a senior HR Business Partner, HR Consultant or HR Generalist role

Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a commercial mindset

Comprehensive knowledge of HR best practices, including a practical knowledge of employment law and HR compliance principles, organisational design, and talent management

A demonstrated ability to be objective

Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Business, or a related field

A desire to build your professional consulting and leadership skills

A willingness to travel when delivering client solutions
