We have an outstanding opportunity, initially on a temporary basis, to join this amazing team based at Burleigh. This role is highly suited to someone who is process driven, task orientated and has confident communication skills.

This is perfect if you have proven customer service experience where you have the transferable skills but just need to be given the opportunity to prove yourself in an administrative role. Maybe you've had experience in retail or hospitality and are looking for a change.

This role is available for an immediate start - full training will be provided!

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Portal management - Data entry and taking information from clients - ensure correct information is placed in database/portals
  • Provide job updates to customers
  • Booking trades for customers
  • Maintain database and use of various computer packages (must be computer literate and able to pick up systems)
  • Document preparation (use of templates) and email correspondence
  • Liaise with various internal and external contacts
  • Ad hoc administrative tasks

The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:

  • You have energy, drive and are love to help customers!
  • Proven solid experience in Customer Service requiring excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Take pride in your work - accuracy is essential in this role
  • We highly encourage candidates with a strong hospitality, retail or general admin background wanting to take the leap into an office!
  • Thrive in an extremely fast-paced environment
  • Confident communication skills and the ability to deal with customers over the phone or via email
  • 40wpm typing and intermediate skills in MSOffice plus use of databases
  • Able to work full-time hours Monday to Friday - we have a number of opportunities - Monday to Friday 8.30am-5pm
